This course is suitable for beginners or those who have some existing experience and knowledge in using digital skills.
Enrolment will be completed after the tutor has confirmed your suitability and level.
You will have the option to enrol in September or at the start of a new term.
The course will cover topics such as: using a mouse, keyboard, email, attachments, staying safe online, fraud, online safety and shopping, using Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Apps and more.
Teaching will be carried out through practical activities, peer and group work and demonstrations.
Your knowledge will be assessed through observations and practical activities throughout the course and via a final assessment.
Upon successful completion of this course, you may receive a City & Guilds or in house certificate.
After completing this course, you can progress to the next level as appropriate to you.
